Nice. Great arch!
Couple of suggestions:
- get a lift off from your hubz.
- take your time to steady the weight before you start to descend with it.
Take your time and try not to rush through the movement. You're strong enough to do it.
If your shoulders/RCs are hurting make sure that you're tucking your elbows (can't really see).

Nice jobs Boomz.
First, when you arch your back, dont arch the lower. The purpose is to rotate the shoulders, take the weight off them and put the weight on the chest muscles.
Watch this series of videos, I think they will help you a lot. I think there is 6 videos total.

Nice work on the bench. Glad Chris could help ya with the arch. I agree, low ponytail is unacceptable. I always look like I, uh, er, well ya know, after I bench. lol.

??? When people do that they're kinda making it into a decline bench. I know you aren't training for a PL comp so I gues it doesn't much matter those butt off the bench ones wouldn't count, but it's really just correct form to keep your ass on there (arch in the middle yeah, but keep your ass and shoulder blades in contact with the bench.) Russles my jimmies like quarter squatting, that's all. That is excellent weight you are moving though, please don't get me wrong there, much respect for your strength srs. (See had to put my srs tag in again just to make sure you know I'm not trollin!)

Thanks I do need to work on not rushing through I just get so excited. I dunno why my brain translates the faster you do it the more you can do. It's weird because it's the exact opposite. That and sometimes I feel bad because hubz is spotting in between sets so I feel like I gotta hurry up.

Had some unexpected rage due to a detour to my moms prior workout after I had already downed my blitzz ruh oh. Kept her kids last night and wanted to drop them off so I could get to the gym. It was 1:30 people well into the next day anywayz she wasn't responding to phone calls or text. So I left em with the hubz that was supposed to go with me. I didn't mean to rustle any jimmies this is how I was taught to bench by the strength and conditioning coach at LCU right mater can attest. I will do it with the butt on the bench but I think that makes me lose tightness. For arguements sake I have declined also and the two feel nothing alike but you know I don't know sh!t. No I'm not mad and don't want to edit to make it sound like I'm not so I'll throw those in there.

Wow, I would've sacrificed an ez bar to that guy's angus as I shouted "Squeal Piggy, SQUEALLLL!" from perched atop my power rack. Cereal dude the day someone literally bumps my bar is the day I am being kicked out of the gym.

I keep a minor arch when I bench as well, but some of the archers of PLs are super exaggerated, almost like an upside down U. In those instances is when they are turning the straight into a decline. I'm not knocking Plifting, but I would rather have a strong 1 rep doing bodybuilding style, with a PL type lockout.
