Leave it works for you. Lets not be crazy now. I was a D prebaby, gods gotta match dat der butt ya know. When I was 5'4" 209 preggy my boobs swole up to size E not fukin kiddin. I brought out my maternity bra the other day to give to a friend that just found out she's preggers as a joke. My whole face fit in one cup. Size giganto cannons do not want again in my life. hmm now they are just empty tube socks. Pobably gonna go for C's doc willing.
Thanks P Weezy! I feel like I just got a huge band aid ripped off. Or like taking a nap in kindergarten and a kid pulled off my blankie and my dress was up so you could see my cartoon pannies. (really happened now you know more)Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

Too big. It's hard to fit the gunz and the boobs in the shirts that are supposed to be my size for everything else. You can sacrifice one or the other though. The arms aren't goin nowheres... So I can now wear a medium if I got the D would most likely have to get larges and then it would look like a parachute in the waist. Plus I have lost a lot of fat on my booteh so I assume it's a lot smaller, pains me to say. So the C's would probably more match it now. Looking back at pictures I was sporting a good amount of cleavage in all of em'. Here recently they've been hidden under my clothes. (classier, more appropriate all that jazz) 'll go for a happy medium. The same thing with jeans if it fits the waist doesn't fit butt and legs and vice versa. SO I have a huge gap in the waist on all my jeans unless I opt for a good stretch. Woes of modern day proportions for women. I might not have a choice though must often they have to go with a size that fills/fits your pocket. We will see what that is and go from there.

It's frustrating.
Those celebs with giant bewbs and tiny waists are wearing custom clothes or somethin'. I had D+ after babies and shirts never ever fit right in the waist.
And now that my traps and shoulders are bigger? I'll have to post a pic of this dress I tried on and could barely get back off because it was too tight up there but fine everywhere else.

That's why I have no problem fitting into shirts. I have such a small frame naturally through the shoulders and back that it's taken me oh-so-much lifting to get shoulders and lats that even look like an average person's.
I went to a different gym today b/c of the holiday (journal story forthcoming!) and there was a guy doing these. I was pretty impressed."Eat some oatmeal, do some squats, how hard is that seriously."--Prof Ham

Ok, woah! Too much went on while I was away!!
First, thank you for sharing your story. You really radiate a sort of confidence and strength that I am really drawn to. You are someone I look up to in that sense. I would give so much to have less issues with my body - what you have is special. Even if you arent 100% happy as you are, you dont dwell in it, and power on. Just very cool to see, especially in a woman. Thank gawd for that - its the kind of change I hope to inspire in women that I may have the honor of training in the future.
I got 99 problems but bewbs aint one. I did try on one of those 'add 2 cup sizes' bras on, and I just look ridiculous. I dont look like me. I do get teased now and then about getting implants, but I really dont like the idea of it. Theyd get in the way of my OLY lifts lol! I have a hell of a time finding clothes too. Im 43'' around my shoulders, flat chested, a good donk, and quads/calves that dont fit into most jean cuts lol. I do hope that you are able to get the work done, and to feel more comfortable in your own skin.
You do need a lower box. Such an awesome addition to squat time!!!!
ps. Dip master....wowza!!!!!"Choice is ours whether
we become victim or victor!!"

Wow so much going on in here, something about giant bewbs not fitting in your clothes and Spongebob Squarepants undies.
Damn, how did I miss this?! I try to check that section every couple of days for fun stuff like that. BW squats at the time woulda been like 175lbs lulz, ah I could knock out enough to make it interesting I'm sure.
Holy fark you guise, I feel your pain, I get so mad shopping for NICE shirts, things you could wear to meetings/nice dinners. I find a lot of stuff I really like but da armz don't fit at all, srs, they're all tight in the back and traps too so even if I could butter my chest up and slide the thing on I wouldn't be able to move my arms without ripping the shirt apart! Looks ridiculous even when I try to get away with wearing a women's golf shirt. And this is why I walk around in free supplement company t-shirts 99% of the time.Current PRs:

Pretty much everything fits....even button down dress shirts. Some sweaters are a bit, um "out there" .. but really I'm pretty puny every place else. Not to sound "all that" but everything is very well proportioned ... even the twins, I think, look just right. Sports bras are a whole different story though. I have to buy the ones that come in cup sizes, not S,M,L . Champion makes a nice sports bra that comes in regular bra sizes. They don't have DD ( and I'm a full DD), so I have to wear a 34D and those babies are high and mighty in the gym

Hey NB thanks glad you're back!
I will check it out.
Thanks beans! Lower box is on the agenda. I'd be fine with lil perky boobs. But unfortunately when you have hooge ones then go down to nothing ones you are left with empty tube socks. Has to be fixed. Plus breast cancer runs in my family gooma (grandma) beat it twice so I think I'm gonna have them scrape out everything while I'm there. Wanna be around along time.
Sizes are so f'd up these days for most of us. Exactly how I feel. I do have a couple shirts that I have ripped in the arms of back and had to throw away (only dressy ones) which really pisses me off because they are more expensive. I don't have a problem with the golf shirts though. BW squat challenge shoulda done it there was one other entry besides gobz and I. She did 5 so I did 13 thinking I'd be good and Gobz did like 25 lol.
I guess I guess I'm glad it's not a conspiracy and they fit some people.
Okay folks so I'm a lil down this evening. We went to olive garden for lunch yea! We waited an hour and a half for hubbys food no joke til we said we outtie! Good thing the baby and I got soup and salad. Anyway.... moved the babies room to the other side of the house and he got his big boy bed! Packed away alot of his baby clothes that he outgrew. While I was at it went ahead and did my closest, I have no earthly clue why this made me so emotional. I got rid of all of my fattier clothes and srsly half my closet is empty. I guess maybe because I had to try things on to see if they fit and couldn't believe how big I was anyway don't know why I would care about that. I looked at hubz with my fatty pants and was like srs I was this big? He said well I didn't think you were at the time then when I look at pictures now, yea you were kinda bigger. Thanks! So should be happy but after a couple glasses of wine, always screws up my head, feel a lil basket casey. Sure I'll be better in the morning. Would have been a really good day to go to the gym after all that but closed so I resort to my wine and dark chocolate covered almonds. Til I walk into my nakey closet in the morning. Happy I guess there could be worse things...Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

Awe, Boom It's kind of an old saying, but something I try to keep in mind is "you can't control what people say or do, you can only control how you react to it" It's hard to go through the things you've gone through, plus transformed your body, but I think sometimes it's even harder to move past the insecurities that surround it all. I've had a frickin horrendous last two years...stuff that would crush some people, but I have to just keep moving forward. Some days I can only get an inch ahead, some days I get far ahead, and some days I'm pushed way back. One thing I have had to work through is that I can't control every situation. I can't control decisions other people make, but I can control how it affects me and how I choose to react to it.
I get a lot more out of lifting then improving my body. It clears my mind and relieves a lot of stress. I did keep one pair of my "fat" pants just to remind myself that I never, ever want to go back to that place. They literally fall off of me. When I see pictures of the "before" me it's so embarrassing, but people who knew me then are always telling me they never thought I was fat. We should listen more to the positive things people who care about us say about us. All of us in here are amazing people. Look at how hard we work, how much we support each other, and how determined we are. Not too many people can say they do half of that.
You're awesome....and beautifulCaring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.
