Nope! 135 for you is like 145 for me, if I actually got there I'm not sure how long I could hold it. I personally would be pretty low on energy and probably 10x more cranky that I already am (yeah nobody needs that lol.) I think more people do well going by how they look in the mirror, nothing wrong with having a goal number and as you get there re-evaluating things.

So so behind. That's what comes from writing War & Fukcing Peace in my own journal this weekend. First of all, handstand pushups???!!???!!! Holy Mary Mutha a Gawd, Boom. Secondly, you know you're getting old when hot guy in a towel chopping vegetables makes ya think, meh, he's a baby, post up someone who ain't a college freshman and we'll talk. Thirdly, stretchmarks fade, chickie. They never go away but they'll look a wholoe lot less noticable as years go by. Fourthy, you're beautiful anyway.

This is exactly how I feel especially upping the cardio for this stoopid race, but it will be one more thing I can check off the todo list. Can't wait til I can "bagel up" again and really go RAWWWR in the gym and not feel like I'm falling apart.

Nice work! I use the full sit method, like the last video. I just started box squatting because I don't like to go below parallell. If I do a regular one, my bunz goes to a little above my ankles.

Boom!!! Wow I so wish I could rep you, but seems I can't rep anyone lately. Do I rep the same people over and over or something??? Anyways, what an amazing transformation! I know how tough it is. Don't know if you've ever seen this picture before, but this is a "before" me ~

Great inspiration all around, Boom! I'm really proud of you for all of the challenges you've hit head on and overcome. You're an amazing person.

MARCH 2009 Holy cockatoo 9 months preggers. 209 day of delivery

    JUNE 2009 3 MOS PP 180

    AUG 2009 176

How did this happen? Hubz was laid off when I was 6 mos pregnant and didn't get another job for a year later. I worked at a car dealership as a sales managers long hours no lunches fast food yada yada. We know that I was kinda on hold because I thought I was waiting for baby #2. After some time we decided not to have another one so I best get myself back in shape. I yo yo'd alot and got alot. Went through phases where I was dedicated then not so much. I was also scared to get back and lift because "I gain muscle too easily and don't want to get bulky" Ha yup one of those. When was I gonna go to the gym with a 8 am to 10 pm schedule? Then I got into the I don't care if I get skinny again because I have stretch marks from my armpits to my calves so what's the point. When I got down to 160 then went back up to 180 I knew that I had to do something for myself, despite my schedule. And for the love of God if I heard one more person say, "Well you don't look like you weight that much." Seriously was gonna shoot em.

November 2011- started having marital problems (he was talking to another girl, don't blame him ) My schedule, me never being home, fat us fuk and when I am home total b!tch because I was unhappy with myself and that I never had time to spend with my baby. Lost 15 pounds that month, 151. Kicked hubbby out, took 2 weeks off from work was stressed out and broke down. Filed for divorce, went back to work as a salesperson only working til 5:30 deal they made with me, and made up for lost time with my baby.

He moved back in January 2012- He and I are now completely different people. He got a new job so the distribution of $ was now more even instead of me supporting everyone. (to put this in perspective I paid more in taxes than he made in all of 2011!) Felt bad because he got his thumb partially cut off in the oilfied but that's a whole different story. Of course gained some of the weight back (happy) I think I was up to 168 when I started full blown found bb.com and never looked back.

Quit my job March I now work M-F 8-5 go to the gym love life get to see my family and have taken the most vacations this year than in my whole life. Definitely not as rich as I used to be but in the end money isn't sh!t and it took me a long az time to figure that out.

April 10 157.9 started my documented cut from the knowledge I learned here. My brother and I started a friendly competition, which is still going, first to goal weight. Mine of course 135 by my birthday and reward brand new boobies. Blaise's goal was 145 from 162. We still aren't there but getting there.

JUNE 14 153 first progress pic on bb.com

Brings us to present day of 145 last pic taken for bb.com April- September majority of progress 5 months!!

Where I am getting happier with my body it is still hard to look at it and think it's good enough or see old jelly roll Lyndsie. I never had body insecurities before even when I was 180 pounds I'd walk around the house nakey. When all that stuff happened in November with hubz it was a real b!tch slap. I'm still trying to recover from and don't always feel like I'm good enough but getting there. (of course we don't tell him that)

OK ladies and gents I told you I'd reveal em one day, Boom's stretchies.

I see I alot of people that give up because of these suckers. This is exactly why I like my big mirror so much because it doesn't show em. So the plan is boobies after the tough mudder race if I do get to the 135 come October 13. Not huge just to restore back what I had pre baby. Although now I am thinking if they keep shrinking into oblivion I might not mind them being non existant so we will see. I would however love it if I could some how cut out my belly stretched mark skin, I know ain't gonna happen but one can always hope right?

This is why I get p'd off sometimes when folks on here say it's negative to strive for others bodies etc. I know I won't look like Andreia Brazier or maybe never get to 135 or whatever, but look what I did trying to get there. Failure I think not.

Oooooo, wow! I missed this page. Great transformation so far, except for that funny looking red hat you got on. I chalk that hat up to "hey no one is perfect".

Yeah... the box could def. have been lower. In that last "ha ha" vid it looked like the right height.

The box was pretty high. There are some benches that are right at parallell for me, so one of those might work better for you. My gym has three different bench types and only one works.

There was no happy medium the higher one was a lil high and the other was a lil low. The benches are a good idea but I'd have to haul one over from the other side of the gym. I might try the lil one and put a plate on it.

EDIT also after watching again I think I got to close to the box. If my feet were a lil more forward I would have gotten parallel and sat back more. I was scared because of the first time missing the box and falling on my rear. I got tuckered out because those pins were high tired of adjusting them damn things every time pain in the arse

With a bench, I start where my leg is grazing the bench, or close to it, and then possible move my feet a little forward if needed. I about had an accident today. I wasn't paying attention to where I was at to start my set with 315 and kind of about missed the bench totally. It would have hit the safety, but I would have looked like a total dumbass. I'd be careful of that, that is why I say your hamstrings graze the bench. Another option would to possible get those stepper things and adjust the height using those raiser things.

ooh shiz big fear! I'm not sure I trust those raiser step things very wobbly wrong angle from the boom boom tush and crash... would be one for the books.

So hammies graze the bench like the top part towards the rear or towards the knee?

Oh hai Boomz. Guess what? We're tied again.

Good job, wonder how long it's gonna stick?

You know you nor my brother don't go back up to full lockout like I do. Gonna try it yalls way and see if that makes a huge difference. Probably not, I could not stop looking at your butt! Woops, what kinda shorts are those look comfy.

Here's the link I don't think they specified americans only. So when you beat me you can snatch up some free goods, because there is no way I'm squatting again today.

Yeah, but you don't go all the way down either.

Told ya I had a bit of a bootay! I think the shorts are Nikes... can remember the exact style though. It was part of a set (bought it with a tank top). They are VERY comfy. Sort of a "spandexy" material but it's loose rather than form fitting.

Just wait 'til you get your new bewbs! With even less ROM you'll be doing 60-something probably.... not fair!

I will make an effort to go to lockout next time though and see how that goes. in b4 I get 25. lolz.
