Nope! 135 for you is like 145 for me, if I actually got there I'm not sure how long I could hold it. I personally would be pretty low on energy and probably 10x more cranky that I already am (yeah nobody needs that lol.) I think more people do well going by how they look in the mirror, nothing wrong with having a goal number and as you get there re-evaluating things.

So so behind. That's what comes from writing War & Fukcing Peace in my own journal this weekend. First of all, handstand pushups???!!???!!! Holy Mary Mutha a Gawd, Boom. Secondly, you know you're getting old when hot guy in a towel chopping vegetables makes ya think, meh, he's a baby, post up someone who ain't a college freshman and we'll talk. Thirdly, stretchmarks fade, chickie. They never go away but they'll look a wholoe lot less noticable as years go by. Fourthy, you're beautiful anyway.

This is exactly how I feel especially upping the cardio for this stoopid race, but it will be one more thing I can check off the todo list. Can't wait til I can "bagel up" again and really go RAWWWR in the gym and not feel like I'm falling apart.
Thanks drea! It's been 3 years so at this rate they will be reasonably faded in 20? lol I really think more people could do them. They aren't really hard strength wise balance wise, hard.
Thanks lady!
Haven't I lol... babies they mess you up, thanks!

Ha so the box squats were something. I tried to focus on sitting straight down and back up instead of rocking back into the sit and get up. These are going to require alot more work. I think I might actually sit there for a sec then get back since it's the bottom part of the lift that needs help.Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

There was no happy medium the higher one was a lil high and the other was a lil low. The benches are a good idea but I'd have to haul one over from the other side of the gym. I might try the lil one and put a plate on it.
EDIT also after watching again I think I got to close to the box. If my feet were a lil more forward I would have gotten parallel and sat back more. I was scared because of the first time missing the box and falling on my rear. I got tuckered out because those pins were high tired of adjusting them damn things every time pain in the arseSquat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

With a bench, I start where my leg is grazing the bench, or close to it, and then possible move my feet a little forward if needed. I about had an accident today. I wasn't paying attention to where I was at to start my set with 315 and kind of about missed the bench totally. It would have hit the safety, but I would have looked like a total dumbass. I'd be careful of that, that is why I say your hamstrings graze the bench. Another option would to possible get those stepper things and adjust the height using those raiser things.
-
09-02-2012, 06:42 PM #1042
ooh shiz big fear! I'm not sure I trust those raiser step things very wobbly wrong angle from the boom boom tush and crash... would be one for the books.
So hammies graze the bench like the top part towards the rear or towards the knee?Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

Good job, wonder how long it's gonna stick?
You know you nor my brother don't go back up to full lockout like I do. Gonna try it yalls way and see if that makes a huge difference. Probably not, I could not stop looking at your butt! Woops, what kinda shorts are those look comfy.
Here's the link I don't think they specified americans only. So when you beat me you can snatch up some free goods, because there is no way I'm squatting again today.

Just wait 'til you get your new bewbs! With even less ROM you'll be doing 60-something probably.... not fair!
I will make an effort to go to lockout next time though and see how that goes. in b4 I get 25. lolz.
Thanks dude!
So.... how many'd you get?Last edited by nvrstopworking; 09-03-2012 at 08:02 AM.
