lol sorry I've been away for so long! It wasn't my intent. I was having some serious troubles with bb.com letting me post and was locked out for awhile contacted tech and they didn't know why.... No ban or anything. Kinda got over it as I was super busy at the time. Anywayz long story short got a new computer at work couple days ago and logged in. Like magic bam I'm back. HA... since I have no real time to log from home/after hours etc.... work it is :ashamed: Plus its all iphones pad pods and crap at home which don't really work well with the bb.com

Got kicked out/ left my old crossfit gym.
Joined a new one love.
Still crossfit/ oly lift. Still love
Been IIFYM weighed 160 lbs during the winter have been cutting since Jan and down to 146 now.
My baby turned 5 march 17. He has been going to crossfit with me twice a week so cute and is swimming.
The crossfit open is going on right now. Currently in 228 last time I checked for our region out of 5,000 females.
Got my first muscle up last Friday. ummmm....Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

Well... as were all into the short stories around here.
1. Gym doubled the space for half oly half crossfit
2. members all helped build and move and put together new said space
3. owners said you must do one or the other not both. or pay an extra $50 (already paying $200)
4. can not work on weaknesses etc only do what's programmed and leave
5. I said hells to the nah a lot of peeps are not going to be happy with that since we are paying for a service not being fulfilled anymore and we helped build new gym can not use (respectfully of course)
6. owners said too bad so sad
7. emailed letter of cancellation finish out month
8. owner came up to me next day and kicked me out publicly instead of responding to email. and threw my hand when I tried to shake his and tell him thanks for everything
9. 5 athletes left with me because of the bs and we went to a new gym
10. received a bunch of hate texts etc from owners mother baha attacking my character. not one care is given. If they want to cater to the moms, rehab trainees, and old people that's on them. It's naïve to think the same programming for them is going to be enough for the athletes.
It bothered me for along time because I had to leave all my friends and they were slandering my name making me to be a bad person because I was simply telling them to their face what everyone else was doing behind their backs to reach a resolution. Left November. Didn't really talk to any of the members there (my friends) so they could make their own decision. Had to cut a lot of ties. Depressed Boom for a little bit. Now I'm over it. I can't make them happy. Tried apologizing since it is a community where we will see and compete against each other in the future. Aren't having it. I don't know what else to do, so I let it go. I like my new gym though and its cheaper! ++

Saturday I did the open wod...
21 thrusters

It looks how it felt. I got 12:33 pretty proud of that score just glad it's over.
Starting strength cycle for the next 12 weeks. Probably wont get much out of it since I'm still eating at a deficit but I only have 4 more pounds to go so maybe that'll change midway. Went out drank way too much on Saturday. Haven't done that in a while though. Will be back with today's update, schedule, foodies in abit.
