Ahh, tiny people, gottcha. I was at the orthodontist a few weeks ago and I just dwarfed all the assistant girls. They made me feel like a bumbling ogre!!!! Damn tiny people, but hey if a tree fell on them they'd be crushed whereas we could lift it off and walk away unscathed

Boomer, I can completely understand your feelings of being the "Big one" in the group. I have always (and will most likely always) be that one for my group of friends. The difference is you look healthy and lean and mean (not that they don't look healthy, but you know what I mean). I bet they go to you for fitness/health advice before going to any of your friends. You look great!!! And make me want to take a trip to vegas. lol.

Lol thanks guys. I am not unhappy with my physique. I just get mad because I work 10 times harder than they do for it and have to work hard in normal pictures that my muscle doesn't look like flab especially in my arms. If I'm not flexin they look a lil fubberz but huge fubberz not lil flabby flubberz. Anywho maybe this is best meant for my head.
Did y'all know they closed the squat booty sorority thread. Well looks like y'all will have to suffer through my pictures.
You know what else is exciting wait for it drum roll please booms is finally going to eat. Yaaaay! So I've been in a deficit since April 2012 back when I started this weight loss journey. I think I have learned that my body is bound and determined to weigh 145. I'm just gonna embrace it and try again next summer. I plan on hitting up maintenance for a while and see where that gets me. I plan on doing some strength cycle stuff with the oly lifts this winter and see where that goes.
I'm also going to go talk to a local coach Jodi may we have here in town to talk about competing. My hubs doesn't want anymore babies so... Compete and boob job it is lol.
On to the normal programming
Strength
Overhead squats
110 lbsx9
110x8
110x6
15 sec rest in between ea.
Amrap in 16 min
10 kb goblet squats 53lbs with 3 sec hold at bottom
:30 handstand holds with shoulder touches.
And boom found me a butt dent today lol.

Oh Boomer you look so SO good I'm glad you finally decided to eat And I laughed when you said that you quit on getting below 145 and are just going to embrace it because after dieting all year, I too decided that my body is just happy where it is and I quit as well Hahahahaha! We can eat and lift and be merry together!

I had a friend who had hers done and still had babies.. with my weight loss and all that.. I had mine lifted and a small implant to keep the shape nicer.. love that I did it. So happy with how much fuller they look than they would have without the implant.

So I guess I'm gonna meet with her. Figure out if we are going for figure or physique. I would love to do figure more because its glammier and I'd get to wear shoes wouldn't have to do a whole posing routine. But after seeing all those girls in person I think I'm too large/ waist is too wide. On the other hand I don't think I'm big enough for physique. I dunno what do you guys think?
I'll get together diet plan this weekend so I know what I'm aiming for.
I really only wanna use the coach for posing/ per contest diet I think I have the rest down.
Depending on what she thinks ill either build build build physique.
Or work on lagging parts hang out at maintenance for figure.
