Why can't you pull sumo at your bros crossfit gym??? Is it because you would be totally uncool? Pfffttt. Don't get me started. Just call it modified. Unless you are going to try and actually compete in the open/regionals/games, do what feels most comfortable to you.

That sucks. Our mastiff constantly had problems with his hears, always some kind of infection. We tried just about every drops and creams they could give us, nothing seemed to work. Never tried steroids specifically for his ears, but he was on prednisone for a different issue, and that didn't help his ears either. I hope he gets better, it's awful seeing them in pain.

haha yours will come eventually. Mine keep peeping in and out. Conventional is easier to transition out of and if you're not trying to be the best why the hell are you doing it!- my opinion...

Well HIL I understand your feelings. I would still keep my regular gym membership for the hubz... That gym has alot of knowledge on strength training. All coaches have degrees certs and state gold lifts to prove it. It'd be nice to tryain with some quality caliber peeps.
