I'm 14, a boy. I'm 5'11 and 153lbs. I'll sweat when I do cardio but I don't when I do weight training. I start struggling on my last reps for most of my exercises. I want a workout routine that'll make me sore the next day and sweat. Is there any books for teens to workout or just any program? Thanks!
