Some parts of Texas get the high dewpoints while other areas do not. I think Laredo had something over 74F dp last year with high heat. That would be insane.

No, but it's pretty spot on with Houston

Even in shade, it's like you can't breathe and is very uncomfortable

Dallas is a little more dry but it can get nasty up there too. The northern and western parts of the state are pretty dry.

Yeah, electric bills go up substantially during the summer. And you open and close the door as quickly as possible to keep that bought air in the house.

Inversely I would probably freeze to death in a New England winter. It very rarely drops below freezing here. If we get any snow or ice people lose their minds.

Thanks man. I work outside doing landscaping so it sucks. I put on sunscreen this morning and an hour into it my shoulders were already red haha.
