Macros and Calories
Protein = 52g
Carbohydrates = 35g
Fat = 4g
Total calories = 384
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Get a bowl put a tiny amount of water in it. (by tiny I mean tiny), don't use too much water other wise it will be a protein shake rather than a protein sludge/goo. You can be the own judge here, depending on how runny/thick you want it.
2. Add 2 heaping scoops of strawberry/banana flavored whey protein (Optimum Nutrition the brand I use), mix it up until its a protein sludge. Add more water if its too thick. You should be able to pick it up in the spoon and hold the spoon upside down without it falling off.
3. Add 1/2 cup of dry oats, mix up with a spoon.
4. Add 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, mix up with a spoon.
I literally have never eaten anything that can compare to this. I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about this. (serious)

Either New York Style pizza, a Porterhouse Steak medium rare with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, or a Five Guys burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, mayonnaise and ketchup with a large side of fries. For dessert, large chocolate milkshake from Dairy Queen.
All four of those combined would probably be my last meal.
