Smile Appetite suppressant (no caffeine) what is best?

I have anxiety, so cannot use any caffeine as it makes me feel on edge. I workout daily but want to really shed some weight!
Anybody know of any supplements i can take to aid with my weight loss? of course they have to be caffeine/taurine ect free.

I take Myofusion protein, calcium tablets, glucosomine tables.
atleast 30-40 mins cardio 4 times a week and about 3-4 days of just working arms out.

Try sticking to a diet that is 500 calories less than what you usually burn in a day to lose fat. If you need a supplement to stop you from eating you're in for a long road brah.

I weigh 180lbs or 78kg and i have restricted my calorie intake (after cardio) to 1000-1200 calories a day. I think the recommended for my weight is 2300. I have been doing this for a few weeks with little weight loss. I want to lose atleast 2lbs or 1kg a week.

Thats your problem bro 1000-1200 is not 500 below 2300 nor do I think 2300 is anywhere near an appropriate number to start with at your weight. I weigh the same as you and am currently bulking on 3750 cal, if I were to start cutting tomorrow I would still eat 3k. Your destroying your metabolism and your ability to burn fat even at a significant deficit man.

some things you need to consider:
full body workouts will burn way more calories then just arms
compound movements (bench press, squat, deadlift, powercleans) stimulant testosterone and growth hormone production, extremely important hormones
if you are doing cardio like that, you can eat at maintenance, or close to maintenance, and still lose the amount of fat you want

i said fat, not weight --- if you lose weight and its 50/50 fat/muscle, you will be smaller but still look 'skinny fat'... if you want to look toned and muscular, you need to lose fat while maintaining muscle

you need to eat more protein... you should be getting a bare minimum of 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass (weight * (100-bodyfat percent))

So you're eating only 1,000 calories a day and you need an appetite suppressant?
