    how to get the horizontal line for abs?

    as u can c in the pic .. i hav the vertical line in the mid for my abs .. but i do not have the horizontal line at all ..
    is it my bf% still high? or i should bulk up to increase the thickness of abs? or mayb any workout that i missed?
    help me pls ..

    Abs will become more defined as you lower your bodyfat. Ab work will help, but bodyfat is the much more important. Find a good beginner program like SS or BLSS.

    youre abs are too small to be defined at your bodyfat.
    it seems to be a bit of combination of both lack of muscle and not low enough body fat.

    visible abs come at a low body fat, so if you drop lower, youll see them. but theyll be skinny abs, and wont be that impressive.

    i suggest putting on some mass first, before trying to lose anymore weight

    OT: op, bulk up and increase overall mass. eat at a surplus of 200-500kcals and do babylovers or allpros.

    and you don't look 70kg op.

    You underweight and have no muscle mass OP. Please eat and start a beginners strength training program, for 9+months. It will be much more beneficial for you. Read the stickes in nutrition section!
