2) I can sort of empathise with the cameraman not wanting to get involved (crazy world we live in, you never know these days if you get involved what might happen to you) however I think the cameraman should of jumped in and helped the guy in red. At least he recorded it though.

Its not that horrible. The guy in the red was willing to fight and was beating the other guy up. His friend did what any other good friend would do, he jumped in and helped his bro.

I hear about it all the time, do a little research on google news and I'm sure you will see some stories about it. A lot of laws detail that the only time a 3rd party should not get involved is when there is a weapon present.
