Hi team, the scales didnt change much: 79.7 kg. Went for 2 hour hike at the Saleve. It was nice and sunny, and it was a good hike to start with but the trail went too much through the bush. I prefer the open skies and wide views of the Jura. We are going again next week.
Food: 1463 cal, 114 prot, 135 carbs, 39 fat
Meal 1: 2 fried eggs, 2 eggwhites, 2 toast (319 cal, 24.3 prot, 17.3 carbs, 16.2 fat)
Meal 2: 2 toast, peanut butter (226 cal, 9.8 prot, 18.6 carbs, 4.2 fat)
Meal 3: 180 gr apricots, 200 gr cherries (21.2 cal,4.6 prot, 52.2 carbs, 1.1 fat)
Meal 4: 155 gr tuna, 100 gr tomato (192 cal, 28.9 prot, 3.9 carbs, 0.2 fat)
Meal 5: 290 gr melon, 100 gr turkey breast (195 cal, 22.4 prot, 25.9 carbs, 1.4 fat)

Hey Steffir, a good friend of mine went on bootcamp in England (Kent). Not sure if you are from around that area, but if you ever want to do a bootcamp, thats the place to go. My friend LOVED it. You can find it online if you google GI Jane Bootcamp. Excellent way of getting over plateaus.

Incl. chest press Smith Machine wide grip: 10 kg (about half of 3 set weight)
DB chest press bench: 8 kg (more than half of 3 set weight)
Pulley chest: 2x 7 kg, 6x5 kg
Rubber band, disc ball, pulll chest: (this exercise doesn't do much for me)
Crunch normal
Crunch legs
Treadmill, 32 minutes
4x 4 min 7 km/h, 0.5% and 4 min 9.5 km/h (legs felt a bit heavy after yesterday's hike)
Food: 1475 cal, 143 prot, 152 carbs, 23 fatTrain hard, expect success!

I had arms day too
My legs are oddly so sore after my run and boxing class yesterday...must've been all those god damned jumping lunges...I hate plyometrics haha
Just finished an epic arm workout...have my chest press up to 14kg dumbbells and 5x5
Must sleep now so I can wake for another run before work I am trying to get back into running. It is definitely an awesome all over body workout!

Ugh, came down with some sort of flu/food poisoning/something awful over the weekend. I've been feeling like crap since. Haven't been able to do the gym but I also haven't really been able to eat anything without it coming up. Water and banana diet for the next few days...

Down to 79.0 kg - Im moving in the right direction. Overall, Ive lost 4 kg since I started, and July hasnt finished yet! This week, I trained with weights 5 times, did 120 minutes of cardio + a 2 hour hike and kept pretty good to my diet. Had alcohol twice though.
