dumb bish. But based on the timing in the vid... seemed like the biker could have braked/swerved a bit more than he did.
28mph seems a bit fast for that kind of street, doesn't it? I don't even drive my car that fast in neighborhoods in fear of kids crossing.Last edited by obmas; 06-12-2012 at 06:53 PM.

Over here the speed limits in residential areas are 50km/s. I go 40 if theres a bunch of cars parked and I can't see hazards coming at me. So I woulda been doing the same speed. He was probably looking ahead and had his eyes up. So by the time she moved he could have just instincutally moved a lane position over very much like I would. Most people look and see you coming as they creep out so this would be the typical scenario. However, she didn't look and pulled out in the path of the motorcycle. She's lucky it was only a motorcycle.
Hate stupid kunts like this. I've been in a few scenarios similar, without me getting hit luckily. Half the drivers either get startled because they didn't see you, or they get mad because they think that can do what ever the fuk they think they want. That makes me mad.On a blood and guts quest for 100k ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

How do you know she wasn't turning into that driveway.
If she was doing an illegal u-turn, then its her fault. If she was turning into the driveway without signalling, well, its still pretty much her fault, but then you also have to question wtf the biker was doing seemingly unaware of his surroundings. It seems like theres a reason this guy has multiple cameras set up.
Either way, there has got to be some onus on the biker for being a bit more aware of his surroundings. Does he not understand women are allowed to get driving licenses? This very thought has made me a much more defensive-oriented driver."I'd rather be judged by 12 than be out my watch and wallet"

**** like this is one of the things keeping me from getting a bike. Other drivers are so ****ing dangerous its not even funny.
brb not looking when turning or switch lanes
brb not signaling lane change
brb assuming everyone on a crotch rocket is speeding breaking laws or deserves to get hit
and the list goes on.

Bike could of slowed down for sure.
This one time I was pulling a uturn and this stupid cyclist slip through the little crack and I almost drove into his bike. Like wtf stupid kunt. For the husband who told his wife he loved her before his plane went down in a field. For the wife who stopped in the stairs to call her husband to say she will love him forever. For the mothers & fathers who kissed their kids goodbye that morning for the last time. For the policemen, firemen, & other rescue workers who rushed in to help others & lost their lives. For the soldiers who fought back & made the ultimate sacrifice. Today, tomorrow, years from now, we will remember.

Yeah, I don't sympathize all the way with the biker. The way he sets this whole chit up is questionable. How does he assume she was doing an 'illegal' u-turn? And since when are u-turns illegal in a fuking residential area too? LMFAO. That's as far as his analysis of her doing something 'illegal' goes. Biker was careless too -- that's why SPEED LIMITS EXIST, so he has enough time to brake in case of chit like this. Even
What if your kids had been running through the street? You gotta think about this from all sides not just the 'stupid old lady's fault' ROFL
Bikers ALWAYS seem to blame everyone and their surroundings but themselvesLast edited by CliffBoas; 06-12-2012 at 10:37 PM.

I feel very bad for the biker, although I think he did break a bit late considering he was only going 28.
Yes I watched the video
Yes it was her fault for making that turn and not looking, I 100% agree with that. But he could have lessened the severity of the crash slightly.
If you are going to ride a bike you better have
A)a damn good reaction time
B)a CONSTANT sense of your surroundingsWatchout your neg comments princess

3 over the speed limit is not speeding u *******, inb4 "Well anything over is technically speeding", so anything under is impeding traffic? drive tests allow you to go +/- 3mph before they dock points, if i knew you in real life i would shove my fist so far up your angus i could turn you into a sock puppet u kunt
