Ok so I am a mom to two beautiful little boys. Before I had my first son I weighed 110 standing at 5'3. My son weighed 8 pounds. Needless to say I was all tummy. 17 months later I had my second son. My stomach never really recovered from being stretched so much. I have worked on it and then gave up but I am back and ready to have my pre baby tummy back. I can see muscle definition, however I have skin that is loose and wrinkly. I do the ab machines at the gym and end with 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. Every Sunday I do spin class which is an hour. I eat right and I have just started taking supplements. What else can I do to tighten my tummy?? Sometimes I think I will never get my stomach back but my husband says it will happen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much!!!!
By the way I actually am at 124 ...I like my weight where I am at now, I just really want to tone and get my tummy back.

Story of my life!
Aside from years of building abdominal muscle to fill the area out, there's not much more but surgery. I found fat loss made it worse - the flatter the stomach, the more skin. Boy #1 was 9lb 3oz and boy #2... I don't know yet, but I guess the same. I don't see much more happening without surgery, sorry, there is only so much that building muscle and time can do.

I got this too from my little girl too I can see the tops of my abs starting to come through but the lower area, especially around the belly button is destroyed. While it is better it is still very much an issue and I'm way too self conscious about it to let it show. The things they don't tell you before having kids!
