I had a few samples lying around and decided to give one of them a try today, it was Isatori's Restoraid. I had never used this type of supplement before and to be honest thought these types were a waste of money. I drank it intraworkout and I was blown away by how great it made me feel. I'm usually worn out by the end of my workout (about 1 hour 20 minutes lifting) but this time I was just energized and decided to do cardio after and still felt great! Do you guys think this was the product that I used? If so do you think I could expect to see the same results each time I took it?

It is possible that the BCAA's helped a little bit. It could have also just been a coincidence
I personally take a lot of BCAA's during a cut and they seem to help a lot. How have your workouts since then gone?
