IN. I just got my letspour mail this second.
I still have Cuir in my cellar lol, need to break it open soon
Had these last night, both were delicious offerings, I was quite impressed. The New Holland Doppelbock was a 2010, and it was very complex. The Ename Tripel was very balanced and complex as well. Highly carbed but it was an easy sipper. No booze.

Then you haven't had Double Dog. Then again I haven't had it in forever.
The Wild Dog Coffee Imperial Stout and barrel aged Gonzo are the best ones I have had. I am not a fan of Snake Dog at all. I have a Horn Dog English Barleywine in the cellar, will try that late this year since it is a 2012 vintage.Last edited by spak; 06-19-2012 at 06:59 PM.

No one can get dark lord anywhere. You have to go to the release each April(which involves buying tickets online that sell out in 10 minutes), or trade for it. Not sure if you were aware.
Currently drinking Big Eye. No complaints whatsoever. This is fricking excellent. Extremely malt balanced with great hop flavor complexity. Fukin well done.

Yeah, for the most part they only distribute to Indiana. A little here and there around the state but it doesn't last long.
Also, this link let's you know pretty much every brewery that distributes to your state and any other state: http://www.seekabrew.com/ Helps out big time when traveling.

I travel for a living, and I cant believe how many states I go into that say "We are having distribution issues with FFF. They have basically pulled out of our market." or "They HAVE pulled out of our market." No idea whats going on, but their beer is getting crazy hard to find, which is funny there being a craft beer explosion and all...and their stuff is so highly thought of. Bummer.

Tonight's poison:
Long Trail's Triple Bag:
This beer was excellent. But it was certainly worthy of its type: American STRONG Ale.
Seriously. This was my first beer of the night, and I seriously felt as if I became more sober with every beer I drank after this one, because the first was so potent.
Triple Bag is delicious; just every bit of its > 9.0 ABV hits home.
Eventually, I stopped to pick up these:
None of which I have drank tonight.
Yet.
My favorite beer of the night was one that gets no acclaim: Legend's Brown Ale. It's from a local brewery and it is no way outstanding. Yet, it is a beer that I often crave. In fact, I went out of my way to pause by a sports bar that I knew offered it.
I don't know how better to describe it other than saying that it is the type of beer that "craft beer gurus" (which, obviously, I would consider myself one) should hate, but I can not, because it simply... tastes... good.
Legend's Brown Ale: If I were to rate, would get no better than a "six" of ten, but with the highest recommendation. I hope that makes sense and helps describe my positive, but not overly enthusiastic impression of it.Run. Rave. Repeat.
