Hello, I am wondering if cutting at my age, height, weight etc would be a good idea here are my heights age and weight below
H: 5'10"
W: 159
A:15
I am doing cross country right now and lifting simple weight in my house. I am wanting to get more lean and was wondering if i am good to go for a 500 cal deficit. I also take a centrum nutritional pill in the morning so vitamins and other necessities are gotten from that. Bottom question is if a 500 cal deficit would hurt me or not. Thanks
It’s not that a cut will harm you if done right, but there’s really no point to cutting at your stats or you’ll end up looking bone thin and lanky. You really should just lean bulk.
