Hi, i'm 6ft, weigh 166lbs and I'm relatively inexperienced. I'm following the 5x5 plan at the minute, I train evenings and my diet is as follows (advice very welcome!) -
Breakfast -
Cod liver oil & multi vits
1 yolk, 5 white omelette with spinach
Mid morning-
Apple and mixed berries
Lunch-
Chilli con carne, whole grain rice and quinoa
Mid afternoon-
Apple and mixed berries
Whey protein shake
Post workout-
Whey protein shake
Evening-
Lean fish/meat, broccoli, asparagus, sweet potato fries
Drink roughly 4-5 litres of water through the day
Any way this can be adapted for optimal nutrition?
Help much appreciated
