My mum was a single mum who raised me and my sibling doing work anywhere she could whilst pursuing a degree, cleaning rich peoples houses.

Being a parent is a natural life choice that has been around since the dawn of time. Why should women take it and twist it into a 'job role' so that she can garner some kind of 'respect' from society when shes only fulfilling a role she was born to fulfill any way. It's not a job, you don't have to get up and go somewhere you hate with a passion where you are completely out of control and under the command of your employer. Where you can't leisurely sit and watch TV in the comfort of your home with a nice warm cup of tea while the kid/baby sleeps like 2-3-4 hours during the day. Or go outside to the park on a hot sunny day and enjoy the sunshine. Surely being a parent, if it is a 'job', is one of the most fulfilling jobs in the world. So why label it 'full time mom' like its a phucking chore. And its hardly 'full time' any way, its part-time while i watch my ****ty daytime programs and enjoy my hot cup of tea on the sofa.
