    hey guys what do u guys think about this exercise to increase explosiveness?

    i cant post any link so just youtube "DRose Workout of the Week - Dumbbell Jump Squat"

    should i include this in my legs workout
    if so how many reps and sets
    thank u guys
    im trying to increase vertical leap for basketball
