    270x10
    270x10
270x10 +20lb on the first 2 sets from last week!

I was up 20 lbs on the first 2 sets but quickly realized this was a little too much for supersetting! So I dialed it back a bit for the last 3 sets. My chest is actually a little sore today which is weird for me
    Hammer Pulldowns (PWO)

    200x10

    32.5x10
    32.5x10

    SUPPLEMENT NOTES
Universal Shock Therapy - Jersey Fresh Peach Tea
I think the flavor is really growing on me. I am going to try it with some Stevia per the reps suggestion, it supposed to taste more like sweet tea

    iSatori Restoraid
Sadly this was my last pack of Restoraid, but stay tuned as they were nice enough to send me some PWR samples to review. As soon as I get them I will review them! Big Thanks to the People at iSatori for being so generous and letting me try this product out. Restoraid is a great supplement for those looking for better recovery, nice pumps and consistent energy. I would recommend giving it a try!.

    CONDITIONING
Skipped condition because I had to run a few errands during my gym break

    RECOVERY
    10 minutes
    Foam Rolling
Basically repeating the areas I rolled to warm up

IMO hook has nothing to do with grip strength....just pain tolerance. I think it just takes grip out of the deadlift equation....unless it slips you won't miss a dead because of grip.

FWIW I have pretty big hands and I can't get 3 fingers over my thumb.

It's really how the sport should work. We should all pay forward the things we learn and help. Yes, I get paid and I can't do everything free but, we all should be pitching in and helping so, there will be a day when there will be a young guy needing some questions answered, remember our conversations and pay it forward.

I already do that. I pass on everything you teach me to the young guys at my gym. I think about this everytime I get annoyed when someone interrupts my training to ask questions

    395x5 REP PR!

I bought a pair of DTP Knee wraps. I was excited to try them out. I was a little concerned that they fasten at the end with velcro. I go down for my first set with them and the f*cking velcro pad ripped right off. I was pissed luckily I still had my old pair. I also got to try my buddy's Inzer wraps and I loved them. I may just buy a pair from them.

    SUPPLEMENT NOTES
Universal Shock Therapy - Jersey Fresh Peach Tea
I added in the Stevia and besides the fact that I had to constantly shake it up since the stevia wouldn't mix right, the flavor was awesome. I may try it again with another no calorie sweetner.

    CONDITIONING?
    2 hours
I took my daughter to Chuck E Cheese. So we ran around and played games and all that. She loved it. I also took her to meet my Police Officer friend, who let her turn on his siren and lights. I am now the coolest dad in the world.

    RECOVERY
    10 minutes
    Foam Rolling
Basically repeating the areas I rolled to warm up

I have some samples coming in of PWR (Pre-workout) from iSatori and I won a promo with a stack from Inner Armor so when those come in I will be reviewing them here as well as making some mini review logs

Game 2: 195 18 pins over average Another good game
Game 3: 174 3 pins under my average

    Total: 606 AWESOME NIGHT!

    CHANGE IN GAME PLAN
So as some of you know I was planning on doing a meet the first weekend of March. That is up in the air right now because we have an opportunity to go on a vacation that week where all we have to pay for is our plane tickets (in-laws rented a lake house). If I can make the meet will still do it and just have my week of rest before the meet. We have to make final plans before I can make that call though. Either way I want to stop being such a fatty, so I decided to make a few changes.

Change #1: Stop Eating like a fatty!

This one is simple but will be the hardest for me. I know what to eat an even when I am f*cking up the most but the key will be and always is will power.

Change #2: Back to REAL Conditioning Work!
I will be attacking this by doing less volume on the Assistance work, and doing less walking. I am doing to start each workout with some Foam Rolling and light warmup work, then hit my core lift, followed by 3 sets of 10 on assistance moves supersetted whenever possible. Leaving as much time as possible for Conditioning Work

Change #3: Weighing in Every Morning
I am not going to do this to obsess over a number but more to try to keep myself accountable. Usually keeping this practice does a whole lot of good for m
