I think the flavor is really growing on me. I am going to try it with some Stevia per the reps suggestion, it supposed to taste more like sweet tea
iSatori Restoraid
Sadly this was my last pack of Restoraid, but stay tuned as they were nice enough to send me some PWR samples to review. As soon as I get them I will review them! Big Thanks to the People at iSatori for being so generous and letting me try this product out. Restoraid is a great supplement for those looking for better recovery, nice pumps and consistent energy. I would recommend giving it a try!.
CONDITIONING
Skipped condition because I had to run a few errands during my gym break

It's really how the sport should work. We should all pay forward the things we learn and help. Yes, I get paid and I can't do everything free but, we all should be pitching in and helping so, there will be a day when there will be a young guy needing some questions answered, remember our conversations and pay it forward.

CHANGE IN GAME PLAN
So as some of you know I was planning on doing a meet the first weekend of March. That is up in the air right now because we have an opportunity to go on a vacation that week where all we have to pay for is our plane tickets (in-laws rented a lake house). If I can make the meet will still do it and just have my week of rest before the meet. We have to make final plans before I can make that call though. Either way I want to stop being such a fatty, so I decided to make a few changes.
Change #1: Stop Eating like a fatty!
This one is simple but will be the hardest for me. I know what to eat an even when I am f*cking up the most but the key will be and always is will power.
Change #2: Back to REAL Conditioning Work!
I will be attacking this by doing less volume on the Assistance work, and doing less walking. I am doing to start each workout with some Foam Rolling and light warmup work, then hit my core lift, followed by 3 sets of 10 on assistance moves supersetted whenever possible. Leaving as much time as possible for Conditioning Work
Change #3: Weighing in Every Morning
I am not going to do this to obsess over a number but more to try to keep myself accountable. Usually keeping this practice does a whole lot of good for m
