Got the chance to give ProMera's line of supplements a run!
I'll be posting the reviews as I try each of the products! Today I tried the pump extrem preworkout, review is here: http://reviews.bodybuilding.com/supp.../Hailtopitt123
Really enjoyed this pre workout overall. I used about 6 grams about 1.5 servings in about 400 ml of water. It mixed very well, no awkward particles suspended in the water like some. The taste was okay, I'm generally not the biggest fan of lemon lime but I did like that it wasn't overly sweet. My by far favorite thing was being alert and awakened enough but not tingly or overly stimmed out by this product. Overall, great effect and everything I like for a preworkout, and I would love to see and try some new & more flavors!

A little by about me before I get too into the log, I am a 56/57kg 123/125lb powerlifter and tend to sit around 128 in an off season. My s/b/d: 220/130/286 for a 636lb total@123. I plan to compete in a figure show down the line in a year or so and taking a longer off season for PLing until at least around April.
I cook with protein powder frequent try and did my review today with the vanilla cake batter whey protein. I used half a serving to incorporate into pancakes and will use the other half in a shake later in the week!
The protein, like the preworkout mixed very well into the pancakes, it didn't lump together or form a dry pocket of protein. It had a very smooth and simple sweet vanilla taste which I enjoyed a lot. The pancakes did turn out to be a little more dry than usual but not by much. Overall, the taste was 9/10, mixture ability 10/10 and baking quality was 7.5/10. Would definitely make these pancakes and other things with it again!
