I see u know how to lay the pipe Harry. Ahhhh those Chuck E Cheese days, I loved them.
Tks for the slingshot info. The big benefit sounds like the assistance with shoulder issues and overloading ur bench and getting ur body used to bigger weights as Anthony 21 mentioned.
I love Penny's food lectures.Training log:

Don't worry boys
Why don't you ask, especially Antony, how easy I pulled hook grip and no belt or warm up 5 plates when I was last with Harry...the belly or range of motioin dint come into play and, if you'd like to squat off, lemme know, K?
Now, I can promise, there will be more fun but, in all seriousness, lemme say this. Harry wants to be elite. And you know what, he better that comeatmebro and bring it attitude. I'll say this again. The premise off strength is really very, very simple, however; it's also really phuking hard. Strength is a selfish mistress that if you aren't consistent, pushing the boundaries and doing all that you must at all times, will kick you in the balls, spit on you while you are on your knees and whisk away chortling at you being a pussy.
So, will squats, from here, get harder? Yup
Why?
Because I expect him to become elite, that's why.Squat: 1,040

This is exactly why I left it in there. I got into PL because I need to work on being more confident in everything. Will being cocky make Wade push me harder? I could give a f*ck. No f*ck that I hope it does. I am here to kick ass and to put in all the work I can to get stronger and stronger. Push away Wade. You might see me fail but you will never see me back down.
And if we can create some lolz out of it I am all for that too. We both do this because we enjoy it and having a little fun is part of that

call, seeing as how my current total is zero i have a significant deficit to over come. however, i'm vastly superior to you, so it's a non issue.
comparatively though as long as you stay at 242 + your last total vs me getting to a meet should only be about a 200 lbs deficit. i have around 400 to gain to your 200 or soThe dumber people think you are, the more surprised they're going to be when you kill them. - William Clayton
