TRAIN
Feeling good going into this. A little frazzled as things have been hectic the last few days

Took that long for a rack to open up so I could set up for Declines

Frustrating day with the Declines. I couldn't get it to click at all today. Due to the long ass time I had to wait for a rack this is all I had time to get to too. I compensated by getting a little activity in later in the day

EXTRAS
Long Walk
We are still exploring our neighborhood so we went on a 45 minute walk to the park. It was a great walk pushing Hank and Lucy and sometimes Eva. We were beat and taking our time walking back when the dark clouds came rolling in. About 20 minutes from our house it poured rain all over us. Luckily Lucy was covered. Hank, Eva and I were drenched. I look forward to doing this a lot more often!

I hate having to wait so long for equipment that you can only do that one thing. When it is equipment for your main lift you cannot do sh!t about it!

I use to hate having to wait for racks when I went to a commercial gym. Luckily they had 3 of them so it didn't happen often but it can definitely take you out of your mindset.
Way to push past all that though and still get the main work in.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

I have a frree spotter as well...
I have straps on two monos and spotter racks for the hydraulics.
Can someone make one? Yes....I'd get measurements of everything and they need to weld very well. Cutting the metal and the drilling has to be spot on as well.Squat: 1,040

I was looking into Rogue's monolift attachment. What do you think?

Problem is, they don't adjust, you are locked into the height if I'm not mistaken, for penny, that's fine, fo ryou and th elil woman, that could be a challenge.

Good point to think about. In a home gym my husband would also use it. He just wont go to the gym. I think when the time comes I will get him to look into making a monolift and see if it is doable. The advantage to the power rack would be if I am working alone. But with a monolift not having to walk out would be nice albeit an adjustment.

The mono attachment would be nice
The attachemnt Clint Darden uses he can use himself. Might be good to touch base with him. It looks cool and he lifts some sizeable weight.
The power rack is the best all around money. If you are a competitor in PL, the mono is sweet to have but, they are pricey. You don't want ot know what I have in mine.Squat: 1,040
