Wade is a great guy and I'm lucky enough that he gave me a second chance.
Training has been up and down the past 3 months. Wade has me opening light to build confidence and if the prs are there then I'll go for it.
440/260-270/512-518 would be the goals for this meet to build my total. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Weekend Highlights
Friday
Nothing big here. We did a little yard work while the kids played in the yard. Put out most of the outdoor furniture and just enjoyed being outside.
Saturday
This day was awesome. Started the day out with Eva's Gymnastics. It was her first day at the new place and they bumped her up to the next level because she was catching on so fast. Proud Daddy was proud. We went home and had lunch with the rest of the family then...
Daddy Daughter date
Eva and I went to see Aladdin at the Children's Theatre. I was cool. They had Cincinnati Circus acts happening throughout the play. Then we went and got some ice cream. It was a great time
Got home from that ate some dinner then it was Hank's turn. I took him out to try putt putt golf. He loved it. We hung out the rest of the night. On the way home, Hank started saying the funniest thing he has ever said see the vid below which is mostly just audio
Sunday we did a ton of yardwork. I bought a new wheel barrel and a new lawnmower. Dug up 2 really over grown tall grasses and weeded out the front mulch bed. It was a chore. Only have another 2 to dig up eventually.
Here are some pics from the weekend

****ty Customer
One of my customers who is the biggest pain in the ass, called me before the gym. He is constantly waiting to the last minute to have things done and then makes us rush to try to get it done. This time he sat on documents for 2 weeks and then when we got them back expected everything to be finalized before we got the paperwork back. He called before I hit the gym to chew me out because this was not done. I politely told him that we cannot do anything without documents and that we had been waiting for them for 2 weeks. What I wanted to say is "Eat a dick you stupid fukin douchebag ass hole"

Stupid Wasp
So last night I was getting ready to start some yard work and grabbed my grass cutting shoes from out side. I put them on and almost immediately felt a firey stick in my big toe. A wasp was in there and stung my toe several times before getting out. I was pissed. Erica kept asking if I was alright. I said, "I will be as soon as I kill that fuker"
Anyway I opened my new mower up. It is self propelled and makes my yard so much easier to cut. I did the backyard in about 25 minutes and it used to take about an hour. Beast Likes.

Your meal one looks disgusting. Fake eggs. Fake meat. Ugh. Sign me up for a protein shake instead.
What are slingshots? The only ones I know are kettlebell exercises, which makes no sense at the numbers you posted.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1
