Nice job on the PR and the pullup increases. Those wrist wraps help much? I keep forgetting to check into them.

All of the PRs and badass lifts in here pale in comparison to the video of you being a dad. That's what it's all about right there. Good job man. That'll get more kudos from me than any lift you pull.

checked out your bench. Yeah, it's really a tough deal for a weak bencher to give advice here. But I take the risk. The arching was good. The stance looked good too, provided you had a good contact for leg drive. But I got the impression that you moved your head in midst of the lift.
Well the it is a solid PR and I guess we all have to live with flaws on form when we are on the limits our lifts..my workout log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147657213

I notice I do that too and should probably make up my mind either way. My main complaint is I am almost always moving something that should be tights (head, Feet, losing arch etc)
Totally fine man I am lazy too.
Basic outline is
Mon : Squat and Assistance and sometimes Soccer
Tues: Bench and Assistance and sometimes Soccer
Wed: Yoga or Recovery work
Thurs: Deads and Assistance
Friday: Whatever I need day - Usually Some Heavy tricep work and/or form workThe Beast Journey to Elite

THE CREEPER
So there is a girl that works out at the same time as me everyday that competes in Figure and we are friendly. I see this dude taking video of her ass while was doing DB deadlifts. I go over and tell her.
Beast: That dude is taking videos of your ass
Figure Chick: I am complaining to management that is the second time someone has caught him
She complains and the guy claims that he wasn't taking vids. He is warned to not have his phone out like that again. He finishes his workout and leaves and we think its all cool. So I finish my cooldown and am headed out the door when I see the Creeper waiting in the lobby. I walk back in to tell Figure Chick.
Beast: That creeper is waiting in the lobby for you.
Figure Chick: He kinda scares me. I am going to call the cops.
Beast: I can save you the time.
I called over my cop buddies and they called in an officer to file a harassment complaint on him. I think he is at least going to be kicked out of the gym.

awesome dips and pull ups, Harry!
Next off day, try the Pyramid routine; BW, medium grip
sets 1, 2, 3, etc til you get to fail and then backwards to the single set.
Creeper stuff: The gym is prolly the worst place to stalk on chicks :
* reason one: confronted with a chick who might have capabilities to hit back...hard
* reason two: there are big guys around who won't welcome stalking with joy...
* reason three: the prevalance of beasts and cops may happenmy workout log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147657213
