This is the only person I trust to handle me in training. Very strong kid, bright future ahead of him. Can put knee wraps on so tight I wake up black with bruising.
17 years old, 143lbs bw, makes a joke out of 396, then went 425x2. Sadly my phone died and I didn't get the video.
This kid just squatted almost triple bodyweight for a double. We will work up to 451-62 in about 2 weeks. Benched 275. pulls 505+

The lift is NOT easy. Trust me. I am always mind ****ed how a weight feels like a tonne, then I get video and it looks like I'm doing warm up, even though I know there isn't one more pound left in the tank. It's a sign of efficient movement.
But walkouts get very very hard. I struggle with mine immensely. No idea what it's gonna be like when I get into a squat suit next year.

Also is this guy natty (I assume yes b/c he's so lean). F*cking mirin to the max if he's natty. If he's enhanced, still amazing and I respect the hard work he put in.500+ Just say rep back

Pay my flights and I'll train you.
I don't coach this kid, not his programming, I only do technique stuff with him. But my most important role is handling. Having someone to help you put wraps on, get you water, fan you with a towel when you're hot, pass you your wrist wraps when you need them, say the right words when you,re under the bar, someone to load for you. These things add lots of poundage to the bar. He didn't even know what he was squatting today, I just put the weight on and he did it. He just moves his legs lol, I do the rest of the thinking. When I train, he does the same for me.
2+. Closer to 3 I think, maybe more.
Kids, this type of strength does not come from 'talent.' This is consistent hard work over TIME.
