    Eric Kanevskiy's Six Month Progress

    I'm pretty sure I've already made a thread like this before and I think everybody has already seen these progress pictures but if not, here they are.

    October 2011:





    I was 130 pounds here.

    Here, I was 160 pounds.

    i dont know if your dumb enough to understand that those are not progress pictures. Your using lighting and a weird angle to make urself look bigger than you are (thats not even saying much cuz ur weak). Learn how to take pictures with regular lighting and normal poses. Fukin idiot

    what are your lifting stats at now? you definitely gained some size, but as it's been said again and again, you are not really "big" yet. good progress though. and what education do you have that allows you to come up with all these scientific explanations for working out? or do you just find sources yourself? because I'm a premedical student and I am going to be taking a lot of health/nutrition classes so maybe I'll have a bit of extra insight

    most people lifting for 6 months can DL 2 plates at least


    and if u cant DL more than 1 plate i'm not sure that you are putting on muscle and not fat...

    but maybe you only do 40 sets bicep curls for your workout routine.
