what are your lifting stats at now? you definitely gained some size, but as it's been said again and again, you are not really "big" yet. good progress though. and what education do you have that allows you to come up with all these scientific explanations for working out? or do you just find sources yourself? because I'm a premedical student and I am going to be taking a lot of health/nutrition classes so maybe I'll have a bit of extra insight
