Clear out the area around the spiders, have water/extinguisher nearby

Make a ring of non flammable glue around the spider nest, on the floor and above them on wall. Everything inside this ring is in the kill zone.

Make a secondary ring a few inches past the primary ring on the floor. Between the two rings put a slow burn fuel, hand sanitizer is perfect. This is your moat, nothing is getting through this alive. Now your main concern is them escaping through the top, the glue should definitely slow them down but one could escape, be prepared.

Shock and awe
In your kill zone place a bunch of small fire crackers, coat with a little of your hairspray/deodorant/spraypaint. To prep your kill zone spray some of your fuel from a distance, as to not scatter the phuckers. When your area is properly saturated, light the moat and blow torch the area, keep the burst really short, your first burst should ignite the are and set off the fire crackers, blowing the spiders to bits. Follow up with more sprays.
