Ramadan is up coming up shortly .. And I'm SCREWING.
What do you guys think I should do to maintain my weight and keep muscle and not loose it? I'm asking you's because you's know a lot about diet! Thanks people.

You can always not do it, theres nothing saying you HAVE to do it. But if you want to do it then take the consequences like a man. Cause its gonna affect you no matter what, its pretty stupid from what it is, though i dont know the back ground for it.

The only thing I can think for you to do if you're going to go through with it... Is make this into a cut. You probably can't eat enough in a limited time frame to bulk.. or Mass gainers might be your ticket to keep up your cals... so damn expensive though

...because the point of Ramadan is to practice patience by waiting until the rules let you, spirituality and humility by accepting what the rules dictate for you and submissiveness to God by following what "God" asks of you through those very same rules. The act in itself is abstinence from something, rewarded by that very same thing at a specific time in which it was "earned" to be consumed. Whether it is stupid, or real, or fake, is a whole different story man. The practice itself is just that, a practice, which makes sense as it is deliberate abstinence of something for when you can actually consume it. You abstain from calories while on a cut, and basically save them for when you can consume all those deficit days as surpluses during your bulk. Pretty much the same logic...abstinence and rewarding indulgence, both to meet different goals...
