Hey guys quick question. What do you guys think on training 6 days a week, hitting each muscle group twice a week. Too much? Optimal? Assuming that the diet is very good and you hit your macros all the time...

Day 1: Chest, Shoulder's, Tri's
Day 2: Back, Bi's
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Rest
Repeat...
It does mess up my schedule a bit not being on the same days the following weeks, but a little improvising does the trick lol. (The next week has 2 rest days). It's more like an 8 day week I train. 3 on, 1 off. Being a student I have enough free time to make it work.
