I weigh 178lbs atm, 15-14 bf, trying to get to at least 10% by august, and get about 170, then bulk up. I never really done a good diet and tracked my cals and macros, but I started today, and this is what I got.
1307.5 calories
171g protien
61g carbs
46.5g fat
should I stick to this kinda diet that meets these cals and macros, or should I change something? I'll probably start a log next week, I'll be trying this nooby diet until I get more knowledge on wtf I'm doing lol.

I've lost 23 lbs on my current cut eating 200-400g of carbs a day (obviously they are on the lower end now). Might I suggest you read the stickies above and use the calculations to determine your macronutrient needs? You are vastly undereating for your goal and will lose muscle mass doing what you are doing.
