Kobe is a philandering, habitual adulterer? All Lebron did was sign with a different team.
Says something about our priorities in this country. Sure, Kobe's been faithful to his team, but he's embarrassed his wife and kids in front of the whole world.

Why Do People Revere Kobe and Hate Lebron When...

yeah.. that's why he and his wife are back together, they're so embarrassed. Monogamy is completely outdated and 90% of men and woman i'd say, cheat/get divorced/etc.. this isn't 1984 where it's seriously frowned upon.
Making false promises to city after city is frowned upon.
"I'll bring a championship to Cleveland"
"not 1, not 2, not 3..."
Although, in LeBron's defense, he may very well have brought a championship to Cleveland.. without him leaving they never would have gotten..

Yea lets all hate Kobe because hes trying to get a hot piece on the side from a dick teasing slut bag who couldn't handle the *** in the butt. Try being kobe bryant where every 10/10 is wanting your cawk and tell me your not gonna hit that sweet poony pie.

monogamy doesn't have a place in modern society because our society is decaying. kobe is an arrogant, selfish prick who made a vow to a beautiful woman and couldn't keep it.
lebron is impossibly dynamic on the court, a selfless teammate and philanthropic. kobe, however, is the character he portrays in the Kobe system commercials. ego-maniacal***Not done with my drink till I've crunched all the ice crew***

this
Kobe was hated so much after the Shaq/Lakers plit. Kobe should have won 2 more MVp's but the media held the colorado/shaq incident against Kobe. The media/fans started liking Kobe again once he took the Lakers to 3 straight finals winning 2 of them.
OP
The world loves winners i.e Kobe/MJ and the world hates Losers i.e Lebron

no, monogamy was only ever relevant because men needed woman to do chores for them on the farm and kids to help them on the farm. Today is a much more independent society, which is why the birth rate has lowered and why divorce is so popular. Men want a woman to cook and clean, and sex gets boring with the same woman.. it's much cheaper to hire a maid to do the cooking and cleaning and to just **** random girls or to buy a hooker than to support a wife.

Morality is going down the toilet these days.... and frankly, people don't care. They just want to be entertained.
That's why shows like "Jersey Shore" and "The Bachelor" can rake in ratings season after season.
That's why people will cheer Vick and Tiger (and Kobe) regardless of their actions.
People love a "bad-ass".

like stated by someone above... it's easy to say that when you're an average dude. I'd be shocked if there was ever one pro athlete, especially since sports became the huge spectacle they are, that hasn't cheated on their wife many times. These dudes have beautiful woman wanting to hop on their dick all day, you can only say no so many times.

people rarely genuinely hate for morality issues. Sometimes they try and hide behind that because they dont want to look in the mirror and just admit they are pathetic jealous haters.
Every athlete is a womanizer... because every woman is a jersey chaser.
people dont hate lebron because of the decision. they hate lebron because he didnt choose their team.Ol' 71st street. The devil that birthed me.

that's my point. i can't look at guys like kobe and jordan and celebrate them. we complain so much on the MISC about how women are sluts and yet see no problem with guys cheating on their wives. i'd rather have my future son admire lebron than a habitual adulterer.

you're crazy if you think LeBron doesn't cheat. Only a matter of time before something comes out.
You want them to celebrate and admire lebron? The 27? year old that warms up for games by reading books made for 12 year olds. Yeah, I want my son to forever have the reading level of a middle schooler.

It's easy IMO.... just don't get married until you're done playing. That's exactly what I'd do. Live your life like Derek Jeter and fuk everything that moves with a clear conscience.
I have no idea why these stars want to tie themselves down when there's temptation galore out there 24/7.
There just aren't many "role model" type athletes out there anymore TBH.... maybe Federer and Nadal in tennis.... other than them? Slim pickins.

I disagree, nvrstopwhiteknighting. Honestly, I really don't care what Kobe GOAT Bryant/LeHairloss do on their own time when it does not pertain to bball.
Society is going downhill because of old traditions like marriage and religion trying to be forced down people's throat. The "old ways" do not work anymore. Maybe religion should go back to the old days and start killing those non-believers and threatening the youth with the eternal Lake of fire story if they don't go to church/temple/mosque every day.
Blaming television for societies troubles is very idiotic. I blame greed, whiteknights, and people who lose championships and abondon their city for miami as the main problem.

Speaking of "legends"....
"I'm 6'2", swole as fuark, a fan of the L.A Lakers who happen to have 16 championship titles. you are a manlet ****git, possibly virgin, casper looking douche nozzle. I never said there was anything wrong with being insecure.. but his insecurity affects his playing and makes him half the player he could be. I can't stand to watch people waste potential. He hears the media say he can't do it in the 4th, so now he just stands at the 3 point line and passes the ball in the 4th.

he made one basket and the rest came off questionable fouls. With his talents, there's no reason he shouldn't be putting up 10 points in the 4th every game. He looked OK to you, and he had 6? points.. 4 from FT's.. that's pretty sad that you're saying that's okay for him. If Durant puts up 6 in the 4th, i'd be highly disappointed.
