    Creatine Nitrate - dosage?

Read some good things about Creatine Nitrate so willing to give it a shot. I'm aware it's pretty potent.

Could anyone verify the correct dosage of Creatine Nitrate?

Is it enough to maintain saturation or would you combine it with Creatine Monohydrate, for example, to reach 3-5g/day?

Depends on what product your purchasing. In general, you will not be consuming 3-5 grams of actual creatine nitrate.....or else you would be throwing up.

Usually typical dose is 1 gram of creatine nitrate along with other creatine.

Is creatine nitrate primarily a nitrate pump product that uses the creatine pathways? I'm guessing that's why additional creatine supplementation in the form of monohydrate is necessary.

Creatine Nitrate has the nitrate molecule attached to it. The nitrate's itself enhance time to exhaustion, nutrient absorption, stamina, endurance, blood flow and pump along with all the benefits creatine has to offer. Its also extremely soluble and may be of benefit to those non-creatine responders.

Also, nitrates have a mild diuretic effect giving some people a more ripped look if thats wanted, but it should be mild.

Its almost like getting a whole second product in a single ingredient.

    Thanks for the shout,

OP check out SAN CM2 to get your creatine nitrate along with part of your daily dose of beta-alanine and malic acid. You do not want to dose this higher than the label suggestion, you might get by with double dosage but it may not increase effects and it may make you sick. 1 gram is recommended

iirc before det neuron guy who was very much an expert on nutrition/supplements weant did this in det one craze thread for God knows what reason:

He was saying you could take nitrates and creatine separately and get the same effects like there's no reason to take a creatine nitrate product since mono + nitrates separately would yield the same results if you took them individually. Just food for thought.

Is this suitable for off-days if I spread out the 6 capsules throughout the day? What benefit does Beta-Alanine and Malic Acid have on off-days?

Looking for something I can take on off-days. Thanks however!

I've heard of his vast knowledge. Image isn't loading ... what is it?

Possible to link me to where he discussed that?

From looking at the profile, I'd imagine the Nitrate dose is very minimal - well below 1g.

This is accurate. Creatine nitrate is a salt, and while this does lend to enhanced creatine kinetics (which are essentially irrelevant at saturation), the nitrate is the "unique" ergogenic element which can be bound to basic cations like Na, K, Li, or simply other amino acids.

Nitrates aren't stable in powder form if not bonded to something (like creatine). I did the math once on how much beet root it would take to yield the same amount of nitrates that is in 1g creatine nitrate...it was in the hundreds of grams.

You can certainly take on off days. Malic acid (the malate in di-l-arginine-l-malate) doesn't offer much of a benefit on off days, but beta-alanine certainly does. This does not contain a whole day's worth of beta-alanine though since it is meant to stack with our other beta-alanine containing products and it isn't best to take the whole 3.2g daily dose of beta-alanine at once (poorer absorption, it'll make your skin tingle also which is harmless but uncomfortable). To get the FULL benefits of beta-alanine, you'd need a secondary source of beta-alanine for another dose of about 1.6 grams.

I should also let you know that you can and I would add some additional creatine (2-3 grams of any form) to 1g creatine nitrate. You can buy creatine monohydrate cheaply, or if you want to use a preworkout with stimulants, creatine nitrate, additional creatines, and other pump and endurance ingredients, you can check out SAN Fierce Domination, label below:

There is enough creatine in Fierce Domination that you would not need to take it on off days to continue enjoying the benefits of creatine.

Yeh, I've been considering Fierce Domination. Are you sure about not needing to consume Creatine on off-days?

It offers workout benefits, but doesn't increase creatine's benefits. If nitric acid was stable by itself, you would just buy nitrates and creatine separately. Since nitric acid can't be in a powdered product by itself, you bond it to creatine as a sort of "delivery system" to get nitrates. Once you have ingested the creatine nitrate, it will split off into its separate parts -- creatine monohydrate and nitrate

You certainly can, but you wouldn't need to. You would reach the same end as long as you are taking the product consistently 4+ days/week. It would not hurt to hedge your bets and pay a few bucks for some creatine monohydrate for off days though, it is very cheap for a very long term supply.

If the product does indeed use malic acid without bonding it with a compound in order to create a soluble salt (much like creatine nitrate, actually), then the ergogenic potential, if it ever even existed, is absolutely nothing. That is, unless you are drinking enough malic acid to dissolve your teeth for life.

I never said anything about beet root juice, just det I believe neuron said if you take mono plus any product containing sufficient nitrates it would yield the same results. Tons of products contain nitrates like PowerShock which another poster mentioned.
