Hey,
Ive recently got into bodybuilding, i don't go to the gym or anything i kinda do it from home.
I have a Barbell, dumbbells and a rowing machine and plenty of floor space.
I'm wondering what you think would be the best way to start off.
Thanks,
Foz

I'd recommend looking at rippedbody.jp and martin berkhans leangains and following an rpt program. Simple, effective.

You've done the right thing asking for a start. Dont do what I did, create your own program and stick to it for 8 years barely making any gains lol.
