LOL. Phil is a great bodybuilder and all, maybe even one of the best ever, but you seriously think he's going to beat Kai when he's had a full years preparation? No dude, just no.

BUt Heath has put on a lot of size since that show, Kai will have to be much better than he was when he won that show to beat Heath who is a genuine mass monster.

And out of how many olympias Kai has done he has only come to the AC 100% once ????? What does that tell you ????

Kai was not 100% in 2010 AC, which further helps your point if we consider phil didn't change since then, which he did....so 2010 AC seems meaningless.

In spite of having one year off, he could still not peak. If that happens then phil, who everybody knows will peak, beats him easy.

In 2009 jay was done just like he is in 2012. Although phil is better conditioned, a 2009 jay would push him to the limits imo. Lets see what happens.
