    Question about tapering off medication (srs)

    Been on ***** (few mg a day. Prescribed) for the past few years

    Realizing this can't b healthy I've been trying to go down .5 mg at a time

    How much/often should I cut the dose

    If you are ready to come off *****, I'd suggest doing it slow ie. cutting around .2mg a week - ten weeks is nothing to taper off a drug you've been taking for a few years.
