Anyone else get annoyed when people hardcore estat on their progress threads? Or even estat in general? Sorry, but I don't believe the guy with 11.5" guns at 140lbs can dl almost 300....
Let me know what you guys think. Also post your lifts
Here are mine:
Bench: 165lbs
Squat: 185lbs
Deadlift: 210lbs
They aren't the greatest, but working on getting bench and squat to 200lbs, as well as dl to 250.

as a professional athlete i am requierd to pick things up and put them back down.. hence i have to be super strong.
i can bench about 700 pounds
my squat is a little off due to a bicep tear on my quads, but no pain no gain right? i can still squat about 860 pounds
my deadlift is my strongest aspect and i can deadlift about 1350 pounds.
all you gota do man is take dat creatine... you get all kinds of gains. PROMISE
