    Not sore the next day...

    Leg day yesterday, and usually after leg day my legs are FUUUUUUU the next day.

    But today, they no sore. I lifted hard, proper, etc..
    Why my legs no sore?

    soreness really means absolutely nothing. however if you want to be sore i suggest maybe changing up your routine. throw in some new exercises. for me lunges make me very sore.

    Maybe you're adjusting to the volume/frequency. Doesn't mean anything else, won't hinder anything.

    All soreness is, is lactic acid in your blood stream and your body is adjusting to this. Your body learns to adjust it's atp spenditure and production while minimizing fermentation. Soreness really means nothing.

    DOMS is usually symptomatic of a.) a heavy volume workout the day before, or b.) a recent change in exercises, sets/reps. As has been mentioned, it is not a significant indicator of an effective workout
