    Not sore the next day...

    Leg day yesterday, and usually after leg day my legs are FUUUUUUU the next day.

    But today, they no sore. I lifted hard, proper, etc..
    Why my legs no sore?

    soreness really means absolutely nothing. however if you want to be sore i suggest maybe changing up your routine. throw in some new exercises. for me lunges make me very sore.

    Maybe you're adjusting to the volume/frequency. Doesn't mean anything else, won't hinder anything.

    DOMS is usually symptomatic of a.) a heavy volume workout the day before, or b.) a recent change in exercises, sets/reps. As has been mentioned, it is not a significant indicator of an effective workout
