Hit a plateau in weight gaining

Hey, so I started working out few months ago, like 5 months ago. My weight was 133, but now I seem to hit a plateau. I weight 147 for like a month and just 3 weeks ago i broke that. Now im stuck around 149-150 and been like that for 3 weeks. At one point i was gaining 2lb a week. My question is, should I cut or increase calories? I have a pretty small appetites so I would think cutting would be easier. Or, should I just keep on doing what I'm doing now?
Here's a image of me now thanks.

Doesn't look like you should cut. Eat more if you are not gaining and make sure you have a solid compound lifting program such as Starting Strength. You also could have easily had a spike in water weight during the first week of your bulk making it seem like the gains were faster then they really were.
