I almost never take pics but I'm trying to lose a little fat so I figured it wouldn't hurt to have something to compare to other than my memory. I think my avatar looks better even though I was actually around the same bf and 5-10 lbs lighter in my avi. The lighting was better too. I'll try to get some wheels in there for the next one. I'd like to get close to 10%. My digital calipers say I'm around 16%. I've been doing 2500cal/day with C/P/F @ 35%/35%/30% which seems to be working. I'm not dropping or gaining weight but I seem to be recomping slowly.

Nixter, if your truly think your recomping, replacing muscle for fat you should see differences in your waist measurements as your body fat increases/decreases. You might be slightly higher but I think 16% is a pretty fair estimate where your starting pic is at. I would suggest getting an real test done (bodpod, dexa or hydro), it has greatly straightened me out a few times when I was inaccurately testing myself.
