I'd imagine that for the tests to be accurate the sample would have to dissolve completely so that a reagent would show all the protein. But according to the document the sample only dissolved to a 3 out of a possible 5 on a qualitative scale. I think that is something we all should consider, then again it doesn't sound that far fetched that an unregulated industry would purposely mislead people.

Fat2fit dude is a biochemist, I would really like to hear from him on the matter.

Exactly. More difficult to test because not all the protein will show because not all of it is dissolved. Which means that there could be way more protein than the 54% shown in the results.

I saw someone at my gym tonight holding a jug of protein and pointing at the label when talking to someone. Didn't know about this until now so I didn't think anything of it I think it had something to do with this. Never underestimate the power of the internet.

not gonna throw a single speck of myofusion away, but from now on i'm going with the company with the least controversy

this is my mentality:

a guy with no apparent bias at the moment found gaspari protein to suck
gaspari hasn't crushed the claims or proven the redditor is paid by a rival company
i'm switching because it is easy to change brands and the price difference is negligible

What I dont understand after reading every one of these threads is this:

-In the begining of this **** storm the Gaspari reps were out to say that they do their testing at Covance, that they would test further at Covance and that miscers could feel free to send jugs to Covance to get tested if they wanted (the latter was more of a callout but whatever)

-The results come out from Covance via Gaspari, but clearly state that they ARE NOT, ISO Certified. This is very odd given that A2LA Accredited labs run ISO certified tests, and need to to do so to be accredited in the first place. Also odd when added to this is that a little research shows Covance embroiled in a significant amount of questionable practice and findings relating to pharma, secondhand smoke etc.

-Gaspari reps respond with strawman arguments of the worst kind (bringing up unrelated regulatory processes that have more to do with cleanliness than anything else) and suggest that the lack of ISO certification on the test has to do with the fact that they dont only use Covance for testing. This is also odd given that they initially said they use Covance, and the damn test results are logod "Covance".

So, as a regular miscer who's been following the debate, and have bought a sh*t ton of Myo over the years and loved it, I wonder: Whether the Reddit tester's results were credible or not, why all the smoke and mirrors, odd BS and abuse of forum members by Gaspari? I'm left wanting to finish my tub of Intrapro as fast as I can and move on to ON immediately....

Thoughts? Dont really feel like i've missed anything or am off base here.
