THOUGHTS:
First day back and it went quite well. Felt really strong on squats. Bench was okay, though those last two sets of 195x6 were a grind. I was just beat by then. Will be interested to see how ungodly sore I am tomorrow. Leg Presses come along once every 2 weeks or so and usually leave me a bit tender Looking forward to Wednesday's workout because we are going for some post workout, Valentine's Day sushi (the wife and I). Gonna be EPIC!!

Pretty good. I am on my 2nd bottle. The 1st bottle I ran as a sponsored log and liked the pumps and vascularity I got from it that I bought a 2nd bottle since it's pretty cheap.

I have been battling and diagnosing PC issues the last couple days and it seems my hard-drive is corrupt beyond recovery or it's in the process of failing altogether. I have everything backed up on an external drive. Contemplating running out tomorrow to pick up a new hard drive and start the arduous process of formatting, installing the OS and restoring everything. Sucks.
Will post up my workout from yesterday later tonight. Legs were sore as hell but pushed through and got it done. Back at it tomorrow night for deadlifts!

THOUGHTS:
Breezed through this workout as fast as possible (less than 90 minutes) since I had a dinner date with my wife afterwards. Post workout sushi for the win. Legs were hella sore from the other day. Only downside to taking 5 days off from squatting is the DOMs are a bit more when you come back. Got it done however and even had time to through in a few extra doubles on bench press

90 Day Progress
Alright well here it is in all it's glory (or lack there of). While measurements are only one side of the story, I must consider a couple other things. First off, at 207 lbs, I am at my strongest ever regarding squats and deadlifts and closing in quickly on my previous bench PR of 315 lbs. All of those previous PRs were at a weight of 235-240 lbs. For that I am stoked. I am also well on track to stay below 215 lbs before cutting at the end of April. I would also have to say the several inches I gained in my waist definitely came over the Thanksgiving and Christmas break. I am currently one notch away from the last one on my belt and the last two sets of notches I had to drill myself
