THOUGHTS:
With this crazy weather here in the northeast it was 65 today and humid as balls. The gym was so stinking hot and stuffy I was sweating like a pig. Made deadlifts brutal, but nothing I couldn't handle. Forgot how hard deficits are and I hadn't leg pressed in over a month, so that was a nice change. I also finished up my tub of Craze my previous workout and tried K-Otic. I think it has a bit too much caffeine for my taste at 300mg though. I have a handful of pre-workouts on hand so will decide on one before my next workout. I think I will run the tub of Scream I have which is by Bodybuilding.com

Thanks. I may be killing them but they are killer. I literally limp out of my car and into the front door when I get home. Exhausting is an understatement!
In other news my wife picked up a burger from Wendy's at my request while out today. Unfortunately I didn't specify and she came home with the 3/4 lb one! Probably the 3rd time in my life I had it and only the 2nd time I actually finished it. Gotta fuel them gainz

THOUGHTS:
Absolutely breezed through this workout today in just over an hour. Added in some calf raises because I had some extra time. I did sub some hyperextensions in for Good Mornings because earlier in the week I pulled a muscle in my neck. Either from Good Mornings or sleeping on it wrong, not sure. Planning on heading into the gym tomorrow for some accessory work and then Sunday, watching my team, the 49ers, win the big show! I also started up on a new pre-workout today, bodybuilding.com's Scream. Seemed pretty decent. Kinda high in caffeine at 300 mg/scoop but also is chock full of lots of other goodies.

As a Seahawks fan and someone who goes to the games in Frisco every year and have made the walk of shame for the past 3 years I hope the Niners lose (my bro has been a huge Niner fan all my life, don't want to hear him brag about another ring when my Seahawks have only made it to 1 Super Bowl, LOL)

Went in this morning for an "accessory workout". Was slow going, but finally got into a rhythm and had a great pump going. You really do miss the more isolation type of movements when doing nothing but the big 3 day in and day out. Felt like I could jump on the contest prep bandwagon tomorrow and start shredding. Then I realized my wife would kill me and I quickly dispatched that thought Still hovering around 205 lbs while getting stronger. Going as planned. Definitely going to be upping calories though once I switch off Sheiko and back to a hypertrophy based routine.
Basically did 3 or 4 sets of the following:
Standing EZ-Bar Curls
Side DB Laterals
Rope Extensions
T-Bar Rows
Standing DB Curls
Close-Grip Bench Press
Lat Pulldown Machine
Enjoying the rest of the weekend, getting the house ready for the super bowl tomorrow and cheering my team to VICTORY!
