Don't hate the player, hate the game. I don't know what to tell you man, it was weeks if not a couple months ago I had done this.

There are shirts posted somewhere in this thread, but here you go. Let me know if you are interested in buying one or more

Path to MASS - Day 70

    WEIGHT: ??? (???)

    SUPPLEMENTS:

    All American EFX - Karbolyn
    All American EFX - Nytric
    All American EFX - Kre-Alkalyn
    Infinite Labs - MassPort
    Optimum Nutrition - Optimen
    Universal - Animal Flex
    Driven Sports - Craze
    Nature's Something - Fish Oil
    Controlled Labs - Purple Wraath
Optimum Nutriton - Gold Standard Whey Protein

    WORKOUT:

    Sheiko #40 - Week 1/Day 2

    Deadlifts - 250x4, 300x4, 300x4, 350x3, 350x3, 400x3, 400x3, 425x2, 425x2, 425x2, 425x2

    Barbell Bench Press - 140x8, 150x7, 165x6, 180x5, 195x4, 205x3, 205x3, 220x2, 220x2, 235x1, 235x1, 235x1, 220x2, 220x2, 205x3, 195x4, 180x6, 165x8, 150x10, 140x12

    DB Flyes - 35x10, 35x10, 35x10, 35x10, 35x10

    Rack Pulls - 300x5, 350x4, 400x3, 400x3, 450x1(450x3), 450x1(450x3), 450x1(450x3), 495xFAIL(500x2x3)

    Barbell Lunges - 5x6 SKIPPED

    Swiss Ball Crunches 20, 15, 15, 15

    CARDIO:

    NONE

    THOUGHTS:

Well going in I knew this workout wasn't gonna happen. Simply because I suck at rack pulls compared to pulling off the floor. Could be because my leg drive is my strong point and rack pulls eliminate it, or it could be that I only rack pulled 4 or 5 times in my life (only because of Sheiko). Of course, sheiko is setup assuming you can rack pull a hell of a lot more than you can deadlift. I did what I could though (the sets in parens are what I was SUPPOSED to do). Either way I was happy with the rest of the workout and I left with my lower back completely torched. Onwards and upwards!

Rack pulls! Go get em Stan.

Gonna make that back extension monstrous. I can see that lining up some mean dead numbers in the near future. I need to add more rack pulls lol.

I don't mind them, just not too great at them. I looked ahead to see how many more times I have to do them and I think it's just once more and only going up to 425x4x4. That should be doable.

    THOUGHTS:

Had a hard time getting going Saturday morning and back was extremely sore from the pulling 2 days before. Typically I have been taking 2 days rest after my Deadlift workout instead of after the last workout of the week, but decided not to this time. Once I got loosened up and all though everything was fine. 320 was feeling extra heavy though.

Will be interesting to see how well I hold up during my workout today. Typically I work remotely from my home and I'm able to avoid the 2 hours of commuting and get to the gym around 4 PM. Today I came into the office so I'll have to deal with all the driving and won't get to the gym until around 6 PM. Also hoping my Craze doesn't keep me up tonight

Very cool. Yeah, the plus side to having a kick ass logo is that people see it and want to buy one. I have sold a good number to many non-clients at my gym.

So far so good. I'm thinking this may be my last iteration though as I'm starting to ache more and more. This will make 12 straight weeks on Sheiko once I'm done with #40

Thanks guys. Happy that lifts have been going up anywhere from 5-25 lbs month to month and my bodyweight has been holding steady around 205. Once the strength gains stall it will be time to add more calories and get them moving on up once again!

Nice work in here Stan. I got my shirt yesterday and was going to bench in it today but I left it at home. You should get a closer shot when showing people the image. I didn't know that the dude was a demon. Not complaining I like it better that way but when I saw the pic you posted I couldn't see his horns

Glad to hear it. Yeah, it's a demon alright (kinda my theme

Make sure you do get a workout in it soon though because initial user feedback is a solid 7% gain in weights lifted while wearing it...

Thanks. It has been taking a beating but still not bad. I am hoping to hit a 315 bench by April still (currently at 275)

Thanks Paul. Repetition doesn't even begin to describe it. At least once a week people in the gym ask me what the hell I am doing. Why am I benching 3 times a week, etc.

If the results weren't as good as they have been I would have ditched it 2 months ago, but so far the monotony has been well worth it. Really starting to miss the variety though.

Just wanted to throw out there that I am thrilled to have to do deficit deads again. They weren't included at all in my last Sheiko iteration and I found them to be extremely helpful at strengthening the bottom portion of the lift. Stay tuned!
