Today
Legs today was horrid. I literally felt like I was sucking wind the entire workout. Didn't push squats, but did 8 sets including warmups and ending with 365x1. SLDLs worked up to 345x3. I did hit a new prep PR of 165x11 on leg extensions
Tomorrow is shoulders and HIIT and then checking in will Paul on Tuesday. Hunger is still a non issue at 2800 calories.

Solid shoulder session followed by HIIT on the treadmill. Ran my intervals at 10.5 MPH this time - really putting the ache on them but the pounding is starting to cause a little shin and ankle discomfort in the right leg.
Spring will be here soon in PA I hope and cardio will be mostly done outside if I can help it. Checking in with Paul tomorrow so will see where he wants to take things.

Another huge prep low this morning - 219.3 lbs, down 24 lbs since prep started.
No changes from Paul as weight loss hasn't stalled at all on 2800 calories and still only doing 50 mins of MISS and 2 HIIT sessions per week.
Today we got some arms/calves and MISS. Ain't no thing...Last edited by demonwareltd; 04-01-2014 at 10:56 AM.

Tuesday
Solid, motivating workout today. Was battling a massive headache all afternoon and persisted through my gym session but I just shut my eyes, grimaced through the pain and got it done.
Highlights are CGBP - 245x3 and Barbell Curls - 105x7. Was feeling leaner throughout the workout, likely all mental now that I dropped below 220 lbs. After some arm and calf work I hopped on the treadmill for 25 minutes at incline 6 and 3.9 MPH. Sweated up a storm.
Back on tap for tomorrow. Can't wait to deadlift and row heavy.

THOUGHTS:
Brought back the old format at Billy's request Solid workout - decided to put deadlifts more towards the end so didn't have much in the tank. Went for an AMRAP set with 315 and had a few more in me but my strap was slipping. Was thoroughly winded though. Got some compliments regarding how much bigger I look then when I prepped for my last show and how fast I'm leaning out. Weight loss shows no sign of slowing down and I'm going full steam ahead. Come June I'm going to blow my previous best physique out of the water!!!

Tan is on point. Went from white to looking like I spent the day at the beach in 15 minutes. Nice and even and natural. Not overly dark. I do have the option to go darker though if necessary
My dilemma is I am supposed to wait 10-12 hrs before getting sweaty or showering. Planned on workout at 7 which is 5 hrs post tan. Any bros ever get spray tanned and if so, can I sneak a workout in without too much detriment?
On the plus side I get unlimited spray tanning for 50/month so not too worried if it fades on me.
