Great pull Stan!
LOL at Dan talking about riding the bicycle and taking your supplements. You may have to really think about getting a more highly trained cameraman.

I was talking to one of my clients about this as well. Honestly, I am planning on putting my 5/3/1 on hold while out there and playing it by ear. I will bring my 5/3/1 workouts in case I end up doing them - but not going to stress. As much as I would also love to max out and go hard in the gym, it would greatly hinder the comfort of the weekend if I had crazy DOMs. We'll see though. We'll come up with some creative to make it competitive and fun for all involved. I do have a 6 hour drive to think about it and you'll be with us for 2 of those hours

CARDIO:
Elliptical 10 minutes Level 6 - 112 Calories
THOUGHTS:
I'm smoked. Not sure if you are supposed to superset chins with just the OHP or with the Seated DB Presses as well, but I did both. My grip and back were fried by the time I got to barbell curls. Could barely grip the bar Just as well, I need improvements on both grip strength and pull-ups in general so we'll keep things that way and work to make improvements. Until the weather gets nice I'm going to stick with elliptical for now and strive to burn more calories session over session. Whether that be by increasing duration, intensity, or resistance, or all of the above, doesn't much matter.

I'm about a week into my Drive/HGHup log. Sleepin like a baby. I'm a terrible sleeper usually, but I've been out cold and not even waking up to pee. Recovery time is up a little as well. Was nursing an injury this weekend and it feels worlds better now. Is it the HGHup? I don't know. But I've been feeling great while on it.
Usually I'm very skeptical on anything that claims to orally boost GH, because we know that's bs, but after my Black Cats log, Sloop offered me a full bottle to log. So, I figured, "What the hell, why not?"
I think you'll like it Stan. Congrats on those pulls man. 531 is looking sharp so far. On paper, it looks like a breeze compare to Sheiko."The code of Bushido is harsh and relentless."

Thanks. I suck at them, but I do get better the more I do them. Lats and forearms are hurting today to be sure.
I am a fan of crazy dreams. Even more so when they are vivid and scary and jolt me awake from my sleep (serious).
Decided to go in today after work for my Squat session. Then I can take tomorrow off to get everything together for the Arnold, clean out my car, etc...
Details to come!

Been slacking in here, but will post my squat workout from last night later on today. Been busy working and getting everything packed up for my trip to the Arnold. I have 3 duffel bags and a backpack. 2 with close, 1 with supplements and lifting gear and the backpack filled with food stuffs. Going for 3 nights but seems like I'm packing for a month!

THOUGHTS:
In hindsight I could have used yesterday off, but really wanted today off instead before driving out to the Arnold tomorrow. My back was not yet recovered from Saturday's deadlifts and by the time I got into my squat work sets I could feel it. Squats were still strong but I knew that the accessory movements were going to suffer due to my back being so sore. Gonna definitely push more weight next week, but a decent baseline to be sure.

Arnold Update
Quick update from the Arnold. Trip from PA took a total of 9 hours including stops for food and to pick up my brother in Pittsburgh. Longest drive ever!
Got checked in to the Comfort Suites, had a quick shake and then out to Metro Fitness - Worthington. Props to Bob for recommending this place. Huge with every piece of equipment imaginable and DBS up to 185 lbs.
Met John (Curjo) and his wife there. Didn't get too much time to chat as he was already in the midst of his workout when we arrived and we promptly got down to business. Gonna chat much more at the Expo today.
Got some pics and vids at the gym last night. Will get a bunch more tonight when we head back in after the Arnold.
Gist of the workout was the following:
Bench Press (5/3/1 - 3s wave) - 225x3, 235x3, 245x3
Hammer Strength incline/decline/regular bench
Pec Dec
Squats - worked up to 315x3
Hack squats
Planning on back biceps and maybe some deads tonight.
