Pulled my hamstring today, so it looks like lowerbody work for me is going to be a nono for a period of time.
Here is my current schedule, how would you guys suggest I modify it to workaround my Hamstring.
Day 1
Upper Body Max Effort
Bench 531
DB Bench Press Max reps x 2
SS BB rows/tricep pushdown 8x3
Day 2
Lower Body Max Effort
Deads 531
Squats 8x3
Glute Ham raises 6x3
Ab circuit
Day 3
Upper Body Repetition
SS Pullups/Incline bench 10-15 x 3
Super wide grip pull ups max x 2
rear delt raises 10x3
SS DB Shrugs/Zottman curls 10x3
Day 4
Dynamic Effort Lower Body
Jumps
Squats
Sprints
Gluteham raises 6x3
abs circuit
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
